Businessman Max Krippa buys Parus from Stolar

Maxim Krippa, a well-known Ukrainian businessman and investor, owner of the NAVI esports team, is entering into an agreement to buy the Parus business center in Kyiv.

Information from the Opendatabot monitoring service indicates that prior to the deal, businessman Vadym Stolar controlled the majority of Parus Holding through the Genesis fund, while his ex-wife Inna Maistruk had a stake through Stream Investment.

After the deal is finalized, Ola Fine will become the new owner, according to the registers.

Located at 2 Mechnikova Street, Parus is an important commercial real estate property in Kyiv. The class A building with a leasable area of 50 thousand square meters and a total area of almost 70 thousand square meters is quite visible in the city landscape. The Parus Business Center is a 133.1-meter-high building (149.5 meters with the antenna) that consists of 33 floors, including two technical floors. The floors of the office space are designed to withstand a load of up to 250 kg/m², which ensures comfort and safety for all employees.

The building is equipped with two conference halls for 40 and 100 delegates, a dining room on the second floor and restaurants on the fourth and thirty-first floors. The ceiling height is 3.10 meters, creating a spacious and comfortable atmosphere inside.
