The much awaited schedule of HTET has been released. This year the exam will take place on 29^th and 30^th of August 2015. Level III will be conducted on 29 and Level I and II on 30 of august.  Level III is applicable for those students who have a master’s degree in the concerned subject.

This year the whole system of examination is online. Right from the registration till the examination everything will be online. Yes! This will not be a traditional paper and pen exam, where you bubble your answers on the OMR sheet. This year you will have to sit on a computer screen and mark this bubbles with the help of the mouse. The answers will be recorded online directly with the examining authority.

The Examination will be conducted in both modes. Computer Based Test (CBT) & Conventional Type (Pen-Paper Based). You may choose the mode of examination at the time of application. If, you are applying for more than one level, you can choose only one mode of examination for all the levels.

There are certain precautions one should take care of, otherwise one will not be able to give the exam properly, as for security reasons candidate is not allowed to use the keypad of the computer. The screen will get locked if you will use the keypad of the system. For entering your login id and password you will have to use the on screen keypad. Once you login into the system. It will prompt a question – are you ready to give the exam. Once you agree and click the button a timer will pop up on the screen and your exam will start. You will have options like reading the full question paper or start answering the answers. If you are not sure of the option and want to reconsider the answer you choose, you may have the option to re consider the answer at later stage.

The application form will be filled online. You need to have a scan copy of your picture and your signatures.  The photograph should be less than three months old and should carry the date of printing. The same photograph and signatures will be printed on the admit card and the final certificate as well. You will get you admit card online. It will not be sent by post. The last date for filling the HTET form will be 30^th june 2015. The fee can be paid either online or through the bank slip ie e-challan.

If you intend to sit for more than I level of exam then read the instructions carefully. You have to fill the forms separately for different levels.
